Tempted?
Properties sold at recent auctions:

One bedroom flat in Penge - £55,000

Vacant shop in Anglia Square, Norwich - £18,000

Occupied shop in Manchester sold at a yield of 55%

Every week, hundreds of houses, flats, offices and shops are sold at auction in Britain, often at bargain prices. But bidding at an auction can seem so daunting that many potential buyers are put off. Howard Gooddie is out to change all that.

With 45 years of auctioning experience behind him, the author knows every trick, technique and tactic of the property auction room and this book will give you the knowledge and confidence to snap up some of the best property bargains on the market today.

In his best-selling guide, recently revised and updated for its second edition, Howard Gooddie spells out how straightforward the property auction route can be and lets us in on the secrets of this relatively unknown but fascinating world.
