The National Landlords Association aims to protect and promote the interests of private sector landlords throughout the UK.

Please note that this form is included in our tenancy agreement form packs.

This notice gives background information for both landlord and tenant, that must be used with a Scottish Short Assured Tenancy Agreement (whether it be a furnished house or flat, or unfurnished house or flat). In order to create a proper Short Assured Tenancy, the completed Notice of a Short Assured Tenancy must be given to the tenant before the agreement is signed and dated.

Drafted by solicitors to be easy to complete, each pack contains four copies of the form and includes a completed example with simple guidance notes on filling them in.

Valid in Scotland only.
