Endorsed by the NLA   The National Landlords Association aims to protect and promote the interests of private sector landlords throughout the UK.

Under this agreement, the tenant will have exclusive occupation of his/her room and will share the facilities of the property (for example, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and sitting room) with other occupiers of the property. The agreement will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy in England & Wales or a Short Assured Tenancy in Scotland.

AT5 Notice of a Short Assured Tenancy is included.

Drafted by solicitors to be easy to complete, each pack contains two copies of the form for England & Wales, and two copies for Scotland, and includes a completed example with simple guidance notes on filling them in.

The agreements also include the new law on Tenancy Deposit Protection Schemes, which was introduced in England & Wales on 6 April 2007.

These forms are valid in England & Wales and Scotland.
